This will be the match of recently promoted teams and the teams that proved they are good enough to stay in the Premier League. West Brom suffered a heavy defeat from Manchester United but they will immediately turn to this game and try to end Hull’s excellent run. Hull City continues to impress and if the Tigers continue in this fashion they will ensure survival before Christmas.

Manchester is slowly reaching their form and starting to play their usual game. The team won their last four games in all the competitions entered and they shouldn’t have too much problems in this match. West Brom won their last two games and they are now comfortable in the middle of the table. The Baggies have nothing to lose at Old Trafford and we expect a very interesting match.

WBA recorded their first win away from home as they defeated Middlesbrough. The Baggies will have the chance climb further up the table with the win in this match. Fulham lost the home game to West Ham, but the team put a tremendous amount of effort, as they played with ten men whole second period. They could have at least taken a point, as they created a lot of chances even though they were outnumbered.

Middlesbrough missed the chance to win their last league match, and they were punished for that. The team traveled to Old Trafford for Carling Cup game on Tuesday, and again lost the game thanks to two late goals. The Baggies lost the Midlands derby against Aston Villa, and they will need to pick up at least a point to stay above the relegation zone.

West Brom go into this match on the back of their first win in the Premier League this season, and they will try to take advantage of Villa’s busy schedule and win this game. Aston Villa showed they have no problems playing games every three days, and won against both Tottenham and Litex. This is also a Midlands derby and the stakes are very high.

West Brom is still looking for their first win of the season, and the point against Bolton was the step in the right direction. The Baggies could have won the game if Miller took his chances but nevertheless that result will have given them something to build on. West Ham already has six points, but the performances haven’t been to match with the results, and another problem is the departure of manager Alan Curbishley.

These teams were always going to be in a relegation battle, and a win in this match can create an early advantage over the rival. Both teams lost to League One sides in the Carling Cup, and they can now focus on the Premier League. Bolton won their first game at home against Stoke, but lost to Newcastle last weekend, though they could have taken more from the game, having missed the penalty in the process. West Brom also missed their chances to win, and lost to Everton at home. They largely dominated the proceedings, but just could not score, and they are still without points this season.

West Brom will welcome Everton in front of the full crowd, in an attempt to take first points this season. The baggies fought bravely at the Emirates, and created some good chances, but the hosts were too strong for them and Nasri’s goal decided the winner. Everton too started the season with a defeat, as they lost at home to Blackburn. Manager Moyes couldn’t find replacements for injured Pienaar and Cahill, and great Arteta was not enough for more than a narrow defeat. They will look to make things right in this game, and we should expect an interesting game.

Arsenal enters this season with clear title ambitions, but also with a very young squad. Some of their more experienced players are injured and the pressure rests on very young players, without Premier League experience. Nevertheless, these youngsters have shown that Wenger rarely makes bad judgments, by beating Twente away, in the third qualifying round of the Champions League. West Bromwich won the Championship last year, and the transition to Premier League is always difficult. But manager Tony Mowbray made sure that the team is ready for future challenges by bringing some experienced players in. He is certain that the team will avoid relegation battle, and this is the game where they need to prove that.
